I had a great experience while purchasing my new Lexus. Sue Vincent was a pleasure to deal. She had a great attitude and the entire experience was pressure free. The dealership itself was welcoming and spotless. I would highly recommend this dealership.
We just purchased a "slightly" used NX. Kevin Gittens was a pleasure to deal with. He was careful to explain the process and process the paperwork. Also, we are happy with the general experience at the dealership. We have dealt with many dealers over the years and this was first rate.

Requested wait for 2 items to be done. Tire change and required Safety change. Both done within 1.5 hours. No issues. Waited in pleasant, quiet surroundings.

As always my visit with London Lexus was very enjoyable. I found my salesperson very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up canceling my order, for my own insecurities. They were most understanding. I will definitely return to London Lexus and Sue Vincent, in the near future.
We have been dealing with Lexus of London since 2011 and have always been treated with respect, miss Tom Hiscott the best salesperson. Excellent service recently when our vehicle had a recall someone drove to Chatham to pick up our Lexus and leave one for us to use if needed
We met Sue on arriving for the first time, we knew what type of car we were looking for. Sue, with pride, explained the difference of the various types of cars similar to what we looking for and also explained the fundamentals of the car, on the test drive. Sue also explained the finance options available. All the people we have dealt with were very professional and informative.
Simply wish to previous reviews that I have submitted. Exemplary service that other dealerships wish to emulate but can't. Cost for me is never the issue; service is. A dealership is defined by service!
