Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We went in to get batteries for our key fob for our ten year old Lexus and ended up buying a new car. We were very impressed with Rick’s laidback calm approach. He was very knowledgeable about the products and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
I am very much impressed by the service given at Lexus London. They helped with every detail of the vehicle. Also, they were nice and friendly.
Tire punctured near the shoulder. They tried the less expensive patch, but it did not hold. When a new tire was required they waived part of the installation. I felt they were very fair. Carmen was great.
