Have been with Lexus for years , the service is always great. The staff no matter which department are always very pleasant, considerate and efficient and appear to really enjoy their employment there. They always when asked will go out of their way to help load parcels into your car or explain anything you want to know.
Very efficient and considerate. The valet service for covid times was appreciated. Is great to get the car returned shining and spotless clean both inside & outside
