Lexus London provides excellent service! I booked my appointment online and requested to wait but when I arrived at dealership they had it recorded that I was leaving the vehicle. I travelled from another city and Dale was awesome he was able to accommodate me and worked his magic and had me out in less then an hour and a car wash to boot! I had a safe travel home before the snow started to fly
