Karen was very friendly. She explained the recommended service for our vehicle at the current mileage, as well as the cost. Our vehicle was serviced quickly, as well as washed before it was returned to us.
Wonderful staff. I always receive great service with an initial call before the work on my vehicle begins along with a general cost estimate, which I really appreciate. And a followup call with the details when the service is complete explaining exactly what my vehicle required. I am always quite pleased with Lexus and their staff.
