Great Experience Scott, and the entire staff at Lethbridge Toyota, were fantastic to work with. He explained all the features of our vehicle and was extremely patient as we worked through our purchase. He even came in on his day off to help us out! Excellent dealership These guys should give lessons in customer service. Professional in every way. Right from first contact to follow ups well after the sale they took care of everything.We will go to them to purchase our next vehicle for sure and we live 2500km north of Lethbridge.

Simple, stress free experience. When I first called about the truck, Scott took my call and immediately told me to come on in for a test drive. Scott was very open and inviting and even stayed after hours for me to get a full look at the vehicles options. Used vehicle purchase Our salesman Scott was awesome!! Highly recommend him!! I is the reason I considered buying a vehicle. He was very likeable, knew his product well and was happy to answer all my questions. I am sad that I won't see him now that my purchase is complete!
