Very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff! We purchased our new 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE from Lethbridge Toyota with the knowledgeable help from Ryan Murdoch! Amazing experience My experience with Lethbridge Toyota has been wonderful. I live in Ontario and had my eyes on the Tundra TRD Pro that they had on the lot. Even though it was quite some ways away I committed to flying in and driving the truck home. I was picked up at the airport and on my way in only a couple hours. Our new Tundra My husband and I bought a Toyota Tundra from Lethbridge Toyota and it was an awesome experience. We drove 4 hours to get there and traded in our vehicle for our new baby! Everyone there was awesome to deal with. There was no pressure sales and lots of useful information. The sales people were not the "typical" car salesmen and you could tell they loved their job.
Awesome Experience Just bought a 2016 Toyota Venza with the expertise of Reid Hollander assisting me. Reid is great to deal with. He is a very genuine person and not a "typical" salesperson in my opinion. I did not feel pressured or harassed but rather informed about my purchase and Reid listened to what I wanted, including how I wanted to communicate (i.e. via text). Excellent service I took my time looking for a vehicle. I knew what I wanted but my disappointment was always with the sales person until I came to Lethbridge Toyota and met Mr Garcia. He took the time and explained everything in detail, he offered me options and respected my budget. Never any pressure like other stores. I am very happy with my new Toyota and I will refer my friends and family to visit Lethbridge Toyota and talk to Mr Garcia.
Stepping outside the box!! First time owners of a Toyota product. Bought a 2016 Toyota Highlander and are loving it. Reid has been the best - he is not a salesman - he becomes your friend.
Worth the trip from Calgary We discovered an advertised deal online and contacted Lethbridge Toyota for more information. They got back to us right away every time we had a question. We decided to purchase from afar sight-unseen which was a bit of a leap of faith. When we arrived on the weekend we were thrilled with both the vehicle and the service we received. We'll definitely consider Lethbridge Toyota next time we're vehicle shopping.
