Service was complete and thorough. Estimated time was accurate. Staff were helpful and friendly. Customer area was clean and comfortable. Drop off parking was convenient.
I have had my servicing done by this dealership since I bought my first Toyota in 1990. At some point, they moved further from my home, but I was so satisfied with the servicing that I continued to take my car there. Now, I’m on my second Toyota and ready for a third. I am only considering another Toyota at this point, because of my trust in Toyotatown servicing. All the service reps have been fine, but you can’t beat Mark. More than 30 years and I can’t recall ever having any negative experience.
Accepted on time, work done in a timely manner. Very friendly service. Service at this location is always great. I will recommend and again use this location.

Great service. The only thing I’ll say is that when making the appointment, I spoke to a man in service and he quoted me 300$ for the service I wanted. When I got to pay, it was 425$. I really wasn’t expecting it.
My wife and I were received by very friendly staff who made us feel right at home, work done to our vehicle was quick and efficient.
