I haven’t made up my mind since change of ownership. Some people are very good but some are very testy. I will make up my mind after a few more services. I will be in the market to buy a new car in the next few months so have to make my mind on them before them.
Overall we have been happy every time we have been into the dealership. We have bought a previous vehicle and came back for a second.

Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, no pressure, accurate, skilled, clean and comfortable waiting area and washroom, easy to book services. I will buy my next car from here… oh and I LOVE the complementary car wash!!!
Great service Mark is wonderful. There may be other places cheaper, but NOT as efficient. Shuttle service a bonus. Receive complimentary car wash with service.
Great customer service. When I came to the shop my knee hurts and the service advisor notice it, and offer me that they will park the car near the the shop and to my surprise they even park it at the exit door . Thank you very much service team.

Really appreciate the prompt friendly service. I recently moved to the area and previously dealt with another Toyota dealership for over 30 years who provided good service but not like the exceptional service I have received in my first 3 visits to Langley Toyota. The premium car wash certificate for local car wash they provide when your car is serviced is a nice touch.
