Great experience We were shopping for a new vehicle and hadn't had a great experience. Some local dealerships bashed other brands, others used pressure tactics and asked for $500 deposits on a vehicle that we hadn't even driven yet. When we got to Laking, Jody was amazing. She was nice, respectful, courteous and helpful. She was able to answer any questions we had regarding the vehicle. great experience I bought my car (corolla)4 years ago at laing Toyota and had a very personable experience. The sales and customer service representatives were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to find me a car that suited my needs within my budget and I still love it today! I've been back many times since for service (oil changes and other maintenance routines) and they have always been very accomodations (if I needed a ride or a rental). New family vehicle Joel Gummeson was an amazing Sales rep. He went above and beyond helping my wife and I purchase our new family vehicle. We tested out plenty of vehicles before we decided to go with Toyota. Joel stayed in contact and let us know when the best price was good for us. He also followed up with us to see how we where doing after the babies where born with the new van. Pure class act. I"ll never purchase another vehicle unless it is from Joel. I have NEVER given a poor rating before this one. .. It should be NO STARS. Took my vehicle into Laking Toyota for a Gold package detailing service at a cost of $477.91, I was also quoted 400.00 plus tax, that should have been $452.00, and told it takes 8 hours to conduct a Gold detailing of a vehicle, which I was good with. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the detailing department. Not sure how they can call it a Gold package when it wasn't even a Bronze package. After sales experience is terrible. Avoid service department at all costs. Takes weeks to get an appointment, work is rarely completed on time and they always look to find something to charge you with, even if you there for warranty work.
Brought my Tundra in for front strut change. The service manager said the parts they ordered were wrong so they ordered the correct part. They called back and said they could not get the bolts off, so for $2500 they would cut off the lower control arms and install new ones. I took my truck to a real mechanic. He changed the struts for 300 and managed to get the bolts off to change the struts. The struts they ordered were not even OEM. They were cheap shocks and they charged 600 I could have bought them for 500. Would not rec... read more
