Bought my 2022 pathfinder from this dealership and they made a mess of ministry paperwork. I picked up the car from dealership on sept 4th and had to park the car until the issue was resolved. Samantha was the one who screwed up the bill of sale document and Victoria was the one arguing over it. Will never come back
After several calls and emails I agreed to go into Kitchener Nissan to discuss a new vehicle. Tom Moore was pleasant. However fine details agreed on, were not accurate and contract therefore not valid. I kindly refused the offer and asked for my $500 to be returned which I was told on two occasions was refundable with no pressure to purchase. This dealership is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I have been buying new cars since 1979 and this is the worst I have ever been treated when it comes to service. These people have the oh well attitude and show little or no concern to customer satisfaction..For 3 months I had a problem with my bluetooth in my 2020 Altima Platinum and all I got was the run around from them..I finally got tired of their indifference and took it to another local Nissan dealer and in a day and a half after calling them they had replaceme... read more
I got scammed! Was offered $14,000 trade in, but ended up been only $12,390 due to “taxes”. Never seem such a scam. Also felt like I was been rushed, and they didn’t go in detail through the paperwork (later that night I found out the reason, which is was the trade in value). Also, on used vehicles they DO NOT fill up the tank. I gave my car on almost full tank. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
why bother. Staff is friendly but did not seem to care to earn my business. They will not give clear quotes (as I see them) which are very important for most buyers to see.

This people are not honest We bough Mazda 6 last week in this dealership last week. The salesman Ryan promised that in case of any problems with the car during 1 month, they would cover the cost. At the purchuse day after all money was payed, they gave us 2 kyes for the car and both were broken. One was taped and other one just easily came apart . not honest These guys are a joke form beginning to end. The salesman seems alright I guess, but the sales manager is a jerk. He walks around like he is important, but in the end he's a loser sales manager of a car lot. They make it all seem like it's a big deal, but.....it's not, you're just buying a car. I feel ripped off for cost of service This dealership charges 40% more than non-Nissan dealerships for the same service. I will not purchase another Nissan for this reason. I suggest calling around before taking your vehicle into Kitchener Nissan service department.
Horrible Service and Customer Communication! I do not recommend this dealership at all! I have had nothing but issues with the staff at the dealership since purchasing a car in Oct 2013. There is no communicating between staff members and dealing with the customers at all!!! Complaints and issues towards vehicles are not taking seriously at all and are dismissed for months on end. I will not buy another Nissan or deal with Nissan anymore after my lease is done because of this dealership!!!!!!!
