What a terrible experience. Purchased a vehicle last month from this dealership and found out recently that there is an oil pressure sender leak that was not repaired or ‘caught’ by their team prior to delivery. As I did not want to spend an extra $5k on the ‘extra protection’ warranty, they are not fixing this issue. What a backwards way of dealing with their customers. They only care about the sale. We are not recommending this dealer to any of our family and friends.
I am very disappointed with the dealership. I trusted the dealership with my 2017 rogue but last year when I purchased the Altima it has been one problem after the other. On 4 separate occasions I brought the Altima for oil change, but each time the technicians did not update the service reminder in the car and they also didn’t put updated mileage stickers with the next service due dates. I had Worst Experience, I booked a car today and next day they are selling the same car to someone else. Not recommended for the new comers to canada.
Worst dealer I've ever dealt with! ! No Class and no common sense!!! Diagnostics required to tell me why a Starter button fell out!!!!

We did buy a used Honda from them. 2 months later we find, that a spring at the front was broken. I asked a simple question from them. The broken spring is covered by the 3 months "warranty" , or not? It took them and a lot of employees and 17 days to answer. In Hamilton a Honda dealership answered in 2 minutes. My rate is minus 5
Extremely poor service request management. They messed up my appointment by booking it 7 days after the date that I was promised, they take the car in and do not have an update for 2 days. The service manager Darryl kept saying I could take the car away if I wanted but they couldn’t give me an ETA, even after knowing the car was not in a safe driving condition as the brakes were not functioning. Purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan only to find out that they never disclosed the damage to the rear bumper. Contacted the general manager and he basically said you should of noticed before so it’s now on you although the truck was covered in snow and ice. I asked the salesman Clint several times if there was any damage . Not a word I also proved the damage was present before I took it off the lot. Terrible customer service
