Dishonest- STAY AWAY! These horrible company sold me a car with a misleading “inspection report” that was not true, agreed to give me my trade in car back after I had to pay for the apparent repairs done and now they are skirting the refund of the cash paid. I am being forced to take them to civil court!
Deliberately mislead us about a used Mustang convertible. We went to look at a 2017used sports car at King George Nissan. The sales manager Vonn told me several times the car had never been in an accident or rented. Once we got the car fax back ,it was clearly stated that the car was a daily rental. they had bought the car at auction and the previous owner was a budget rental car. Extremely poor service If I could rate a “0” I would! Purchased 2017 Murano. Within days the ICC started malfunctioning....warnings popping up when not using cruise control and if using then cruise control cutting out. Waited for first warranty service where I was greeted by a male serviceman whom called me “Dear”......very condensing....provided mileage in miles not kilometres another condensing remark! Extremely disappointed that I wasn't told the truth. Very disappointed with my experience at this dealer and especially with salesperson Vonn. I drove from Vancouver to Surrey to check out a Rav 4. Was assured it was a BC car and that it had no rust under. I asked to have it up on the hoist, to check it out. Told it would take 1/2 hour because hoist was occupied. Lack of integrity I called at 9:30am to ask whether a specific car was available for sale on the website. At first they said the 2 cars were sold but more were coming in all the time. The sales person calls me back at 3pm to say the car was available the person who planned to buy it decided on the other vehicle with more features. very bad service I was there today to purchase a new car. Manager provided me a quote including all taxes & fees. I accepted his price and went to make a deposit. Accounting clerk asked me to pay $2000 more than the quoted price. when I questioned she went back to speak with the manager, after a while both came back and advised me they forgot to add PST, I simply got up and told them I don't want to buy. Misleading advertising and horrible "customer care" I saw a Frontier I was interested in on their website. Right below the advertised price, there was an invitation to "Get E-Price". So I clicked on it, thinking that they may respond with a slightly lower price...I mean, why else would they have such an invitation?? Very Poor Customer and Sales Service I had set up an appointment to view a used vehicle. Drove to the dealer and was told it was already sold. They never called and said it was because of the holiday. I am disabled and am recovering from surgery for cancer. Had to drive a considerable distance and over a toll bridge twice. They said "sorry" and brushed me off. No offer of looking at another vehicle or even a mention of help. What a joke. Very poor service and I would recommend to avoid this dealer.
Watch what you sign Just spend 4 hours negotiating a deal and find out the sales manager is trying to do a bait and switch. I feel sorry for the sales staff. What a horrible place to have to work.
