New Rogue Purchase and Used Vehicle Service Purchase of new Rogue. Pricing was great and very competitive. Treatment through whole process was superb and very happy with the vehicle. Serviced our old F-150 and again, treatment was exceptional. Cannot say it enough. Replaced aftermarket lights and found the pricing to be very competitive which was a surprise. ( Both purchase and installation). Very happy on all accounts.
Awesome Sales Person! I just bought my 2016 Nissan Rogue SL premium package in King George Nissan . I have been shopping around in Lower Mainland to get the best possible deal. I met the Assistant Sales Manager; Mr. Vonn Chan, straight forward , honest and no BS... he structured the deal and give me the best deal for my hard earned money. The good dealer ship . The sale person Anwar Badshah was soooo good in all ways to help us buy our 2016 Nissan Versa note . All staffs at King George Nissan was very helpful . Warranty work well done I bought a used Versa from another dealership. At the time of inspection nothing wrong was noticed (they had the car warmed up and fresh oil). After buying it and driving for a while, the engine knock was evident. Luckly for me, the car was still under warranty. The local dealer wanted $150 just to look at it, but Steve (from King George Nissan) said: "No problem, bring it here, we will take a look free of charge". Be very wary of used vehicles in particular from this dealership. Jackson was a reasonable sales person, but was unable to assist us in a meaningful manner when issues came up after purchase. Pleasant and compassionate though, I will say. Sam was great dealing with our final payments and finance questions. It's a shame she's only part-time there. I purchased a new car from Nissan King George in November 2024, trading in my 2021 car. As part of the deal, the manager, Bob, promised in writing to include four snow tires as an incentive and return the dash cam from my previous car. Bunch of liars and pathetic after sales service. They will take your money and ignore your calls!
I would have given them 0 star rating if there was an option. A bunch of liars. I got a letter for my 2019 Nissan Sentra SV advising about a recall on it. I called this dealership and spoke to service manager Mike about it. Mike advised that they have the parts and I can bring my car to the dealership and get it fixed for the recall. DISHONEST DEALERSHIP-Bought a 2020 Nissan Murano (with 1200 kms) from this group ( I live in the interior of B.C). I discovered the car had been in an accident and had been partially repainted (poorly).. I didn't discover this for a few weeks. I contacted one of the persons I had dealt with. He said he would get my information to the right people and someone would get back to me. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME. Sales staff said all the right things when I bought the car, after that client/customer service does not exist.
