New Rav4 Recently purchased a new Rav4 from Kentville Toyota. Was very happy with the sales staff and finance department. They made the whole experience very easy. I would recommend to everyone and will purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future.
2018 Highlander Limited I just traded our 4 year old Highlander in on a 2018 Highlander Limited. I had originally intended on selling this myself, however Peter offered me a fair trade in and made the whole transaction easy and smooth. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of service that Kentville Toyota has given me. I will certainly return to this dealership when I am ready for my next Toyota vehicle.
Awesome experience at kentville Toyota Recently purchased a 2018 rav 4, Stephen let us try it out for a few days to see if we would like it, needless to say we did. Everything was completed quickly and we drove out with our new car in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend Stephen and this dealership!
Sales Team Jake and Randy were personable, knowledgeable and listened to what we asked and said. They responded promptly to our phone and text messages. They made our experience a pleasant one. Jennifer Johnson was also very knowledgeable and explained options available.

Worst customer service for dealerships in the valley. Service manager, Greg, was arrogant and rude. Wouldn't waste my time or money here. Too bad they are giving Toyota a bad name
Degrading and unappreciative I stopped by this dealership with my girlfriend in hopes of purchasing a new Rav 4 for our up and coming family, we dealt with a gentlemen, I beleive his name may have been Peter. As this vehicle was going to be for my girlfriend she had multiple questions in regards to the vehicle however Peter seemed to neglect her presence and only wanted to talk with myself. Underwhelming I was so excited to finally be getting into a hybrid. Things started off good here, and the business manger was wonderful, but once the bill of sale was signed I was completely forgotten about by the sales staff. There were so many things that the sales staff could have shared with me about the vehicle that I instead had to figure out myself the hard way. Shoddy sales tactics Spent two hours with a salesperson and the sales manager on a Saturday afternoon negotiating a lease for a new vehicle (with a trade). When it came time to finalize the sale Monday morning the dealer reneged on the trade-in value and wanted to 'rework' the numbers. The most unethical and distasteful tactic I've ever experienced in my 20+ years of buying new cars!
