Kentville Toyota is the BEST! We have had experience with a lot of different businesses in the last few years and the people in the Annapolis Valley are the best by far! We will make the trip to Kentville Toyota any day to deal with staff there, they are awesome!
I am leasing a vehicle. After researching various vehicles on line, I determined a Toyota RAV4 would meet my needs, and that the Kentville dealership had one available. I needed to obtain the car promptly, and as it was the Christmas holiday season, I called first. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. We set up an appointment for the next day. Better experience than I had at other dealerships I feel comfortable recommending this dealership to friends and family. I usually do not do this so with that said that is why I gave the dealership 5 stars.
Overall very positive experience Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We felt no pressure and everyone worked well together to make the whole experience a pleasant one. Derek got us started with some on line assistance .He was very helpful with our used car purchase inquiries.
