Steve Renaud in sales was amazing. He was honest from the very beginning of our purchase. He really went the extra mile and kept us in the loop every step of the way in our new Rav4 purchase. I have dealt with Toyota Kelowna for a number of years now and was in the dealership yesterday to speak to someone regarding my vehicle lease/options. Lucky for me, I met with Derek Bidgood who is a product advisor. My questions were all answered. I cannot say enough good things about the service Caity Crow supplied. She was a pleasure to deal with.
When we bought it was a struggle to work out a price, Wendell the salesperson was great it was the pricing team. The service area does not always tell you everything they do in a service so I’ve had to take my car in multiple times to get a service completed. and note they have not charged me it’s just the hassle of having to go back! Overall you have to know everything that a service does because the cars are awesome. I have a Plug in Prius Prime and a Hybrid RAV4.

In these days of supply chain challenges. It was fantastic to work with Sean Livingstone as we looked for a new (to us )car. We were hoping to find a RAV4 Hybrid since August of 2021 and had purchased a 2008 Smart Four Two as a vehicle to use when my car was written off by ICBC. Had a wonderful experience buying my Tundra at Toyota Kelowna. Steve was great and very attentive, helpful. Walked in mid- morning, and drove my new tuick off the lot the same day. Overall a great experience. They even put up with my 3 little kids the entire day.
