I took a chance to bring my Highlander in for an oil change and light service, last week. I was pleased to be able to get it done that afternoon, plus the use of a Prius loaner. Veronica, my service writer, though busy with papers and phone calls, just cheerfully helped me like I was her only customer at that moment. Then 2 hours later a cheery call that my vehicle was ready and washed.. yes, I’m more than satisfied.. Jack K
