I just bought a lovely Audi from this dealership today from Cohan Sassaman. He was very nice and even went out to our home to jumpstart my trade in vehicle to bring it to the dealership because the battery was dead. My frist Toyota & I am very please with iy. On the 11 th of July I stopped in to Jim Pattison Victoria Just to look around & see what they had to offer in used SUV. While looking around I was approached by a salesman by the name of "Jefferson De Jesus " who was very knowledgable , had all the answers to all my questions , wasn't pushy & before I new it I was driving away in a 2020 Rav4 LE . Bought a brand new 2020 Tacoma today Jefferson De Jesus was an excellent salesman was honest and gave me a great deal as well as a good deal on my old GMC trade in. I'm sad to see my old GMC go but I'm sure I will love my new toyota. My whole family owns toyota vehicles camrys corollas etc and loves them ! Thanks Jefferson for the new truck !!!!! I even got 38 dollars rebate with icbc due to new safety features on truck bonus not sure whether I'm more excited about new truck or icbc rebate !

Jefferson De Jesus We had excellent service today from Jefferson De Jesus, he gave us his honest opinion the moment we met him, he got us in the car that we had researched on-line, sent us for a test drive, when we got back he had all the service records and inspection notices ready for us. Once we said yes to the car, he had us in to see the finance department and the insurance agent and we were ready to go with a "new to us" car! So quick and efficient and very friendly!!

Excellent Service I wanted to write a review to recognize the excellent service I received from Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria's Service Department. I bought a used vehicle 2 months ago from JP Toyota and had an electrical issue and had to have it towed to the dealership. Paige was the service advisor I dealt with and Dave was the mechanic. These two went above and beyond to help me and I can't say enough about the service I received. Thank you! I would highly recommend dealing with JP Toyota Victoria!
