My husband and I just purchased a beautiful Rav 4 yesterday from Nick Bhalla. He was very kind and helpful, and even helped us unload our trade in (which was very full as we weren't expecting to find something so perfect, so soon). We recently bought a used Lexus RX 350 here and we were so impressed by the professional, polite and friendly service we received. Our sales agent was Robert Nessel and he was nice and low key and not at all an aggressive car salesman, that we have run across in past experiences. We felt very comfortable and well looked after by him and everyone we dealt with. The staff there seem happy, which is a good sign.

We had a great experience at JP Toyota Abdulai Yilla was our sales rep. Super laid back guy. He just gave us the keys for a test drive and let the vehicle sell itself. Negotiation was smooth as well. We did it by text a day later. Murray Donais handled our financing and presented a payment plan and terms that exactly matched the deal we’d made with Abdul. I purchased a Toyota Prius from Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria and was getting my regular schedule servicing done when my bill was a $100 higher than a stander check with oil change. When I asked why they informed me that it was my 35k inspection and maintenance and it was a lot more work. The person at the front desk told me the lubed and oils my cv joints etc. and som other things that are not needed on I hybrid. So I paid informed them that this was absolutely crazy and left.
