Excellent Experience I am not big on writing reviews for businesses, but when I have an exceptional experience, I like to share it! The guys at Lexus were extraordinarily helpful, professional, and polished. I was very pleased with the service I received from Northshore Lexus. Dale Salt, the parts and service manager, connected me right away with a very helpful salesperson, Erick Garcia. Erick was very prompt in contacting me, and we were able to find a vehicle to suit my needs within days. Dale ensured that the vehicle was in immaculate condition for me, and he was extremely helpful in clarifying what a warranty extension would include. The prices have gone way up in the last year. When I questioned this I was told that they raised their prices to be inline with Mercedes and BMW. Considering they are servicing Toyota engines, not fussy German built vehicles, I find this a gouge. Another thing, if you edit the service, such as; I don't need a $65 cabin air filter, or $100 engine air filter when those can be changed in 2 minutes by a customer. I thought this dealer was great until they chose to charge me for wipers they never changed. No response to my complaint. I wouldn’t recommend them

I went to get my vehicle service at Jim Pattison Lexus North Shore for the last couple of years and this time the customer service was extremely unacceptable. I had an annual service conducted and purchased a part which was on ordered, I let the maintenance manager know I would pay for the annual service and the part which was ordered once the annual service completed, I paid for the annual service and the part and had to wait up to two weeks for the part to come in as it was coming from the states no worries here. I came with my wife. We were looking at the SUV but the salesman Mardjuki was pushy and he would not really reply to my wife’s questions, instead he would be disregarding towards her. I would not recommend going to this dealership.

For 10+ years JP Lexus serviced my vehicle and I sang their praises. After my last experience, I'm looking elsewhere to have my car taken care of. I was a little disappointed that the 'luxury' touches were missing. I got used to picking up a freshly washed and vacuumed car. I was accustomed to the branded bottle of water, the copy of today's newspaper, and the little "How'd we do," card - not to mention the follow-up phone call regarding customer satisfaction. Worst Experience in dealership ever! Sales person was gentle and great service, but people looks management were very rude. Trying to avoid this cheap dealership. I couldn't believe this one was premium luxury brand dealership. Visit other Lexus dealer for better service.
