The biggest reason for me to picked up a UX250 from Jim Patterson Northshore Lexus last week, was because of the professional service by Monica C. I had been browsing for a hybrid car from all different dealer ship for a long time. Monica C was able to provide me her expertise on the car selection. I was profoundly disappointed and posted a negative review on this site. More recently, I had an issue with the car that would be best resolved by a dealership. I purchased a used RX 350 in July after a week I noticed that the trunk was making a noise when opening and closing. I called the sales manager Kiki , he responded immediately and booked an appointment at the dealership as soon as he could. I received a loaner car and they found out that the previous owner had a hitch which was removed before he sold it. When the hitch was removed it caused the truck door to malfunction. Extremely happy with our experience with Kiki at Northshore Lexus. It was my mother's first car purchase and Kiki walked us through it with excellent touch.
