We were accustomed to excellent treatment and service at Branford Toyota for 10 years and were very pleased to find the same level of friendliness and service at Jackson’s Toyota now that we have moved to Barrie. Keep up the great work. We look forward to having great service in the days ahead.

This dealership is very well managed and has amazing team. As well as my advisor Kenny was absolutely amazing. Kenny helped me with my oil change and answered all my questions that had asked. This was my first time coming to the dealership and it was an amazing experience and definitely will be back for future maintenance on my truck.

Kenny, my service advisor, was wonderful! I had brought my car in for service #3. Unfortunately, I had an appointment later in the afternoon and asked if it could be done by a certain time. Kenny wasn’t sure but said he would try. Imagine my surprise when it was done much sooner! I was very happy since I had a couple of hours to spare. Thank you very much, Kenny!

I was impressed with the professionalism and customer treatment. Pricing was comparable to other manufacturers too. Toyotas reliability, pricing and options were what won me over. Employees professionalism and honest approach was awesome. We did check comparables at other manufacturers and although some were slightly less money the reliability wasn’t there. Others that met the same reliability were insanely expensive. So great job to Jackson’s. We are super happy with our Toyota.
Service was quick and efficient for my first maintenance. Kenny did an excellent job during my maintenance appointment, truly outstanding support and professionalism.
