Very friendly staff. Went in for new snow tires, oil change, alignment and work was done in Less than three hours.
I've always avoided dealerships as my perception was that they overcharge. When I picked up my Prius Prime, my opinion changed. Finding a mechanic with the technical expertise necessary would have been impossible. I was pleasantly surprised that the dealership's pricing was reasonable and that the technicians had been trained on servicing my car.
Dealership puts customer care first, staff are courteous and efficient. We are kept updated and appreciate the communication.
