I was very happy with the service I got from Jackson’s Toyota on my 2015 Venza. I dealt with Derrick Raisa a service advisor. He was very professional and knowledgeable and a joy to work witth.
Their service people, especially in the drive through service bay are first rate, and they communicate well.
Sales dept was great. There was no pressure and accommodated me. They listened to my needs and requirements and addressed them. They definitely got all my boxes checked, especially on the delivery time and pleasantly surprised me with giving me unexpected accessories. They also took the time to fully explain the operation of the vehicle before I drove off.
I have been dealing with Jackson Toyota for years now. They are always friendly and helpful. My problems get solved and they keep my RAV4 running beautifully. This is the only place I will go to have my car serviced as well as any future purchases. I recommend and I also refer them to my friends and family.

We’ve been dealing with Jackson’s Toyota since 2004. We started with a Matrix and very recently acquired our 7th RAV 4. We decided to move up from the LE to the XLE. We had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Black, who guided us through the process. Andrew was professional, courteous and patient with the many questions we had. To say that Andrew is a credit to Jackson’s would be an understatement. I would recommend anyone I know that is looking for a Toyota product, to contact Andrew at Jackson’s!
