Abhorrently Poor Service Abhorrently poor service! They have absolutely no technical competence. They misdiagnose frequently and blame it on anything they can find. They will say whatever they can to get your money. Corey Gilbert (Service Manager) is friendly, but does not monitor his staff, who will charge ridiculous labour time for simple repairs. Definitely avoid dealing with their general manager, Amy Stephenson. She will blame you when their technicians puncture your tire.

Questionable sales on replacement parts Was told i needed new rotors at 38000 k. Checked with local tech and apparently there was more than 60 percent left. Dealership said i could get rust ridges and have fatal break failure. Full of crap! They will do anything to try and sell......even lie.

Every time I deal with Dilawri I feel like they're far more interested in mining my wallet than a sincere desire to look after me and my vehicle.

They are supposed to be the best in services but I found they are worst than the local technician. If they dont know to locate the problems where I supposed to go and instead of apologize they will blame you....

I have been service my Nissan at here, since I bought it. I would like to say, the service is very bad. Every time the service guy said call me back. But that never happened. We need call them again and again to asking if the service is done. Here I give one of the examples. - My car had a small issue which should covered by warranty. I asking to fix for every 2-3 month for a year. They reply that ,they need order the parts, then call me back. But they gives out my parts to somebody else need it, for 3 times.
