I have been taking our vehicles to this dealership since we bought our first Qx4 in 1998 and every time, the people have been excellent to deal with and always made us feel valued as a customer. The customer service they prove has always gone over and above our expectations. Special mention goes out to Amy and Corey who have always exceeded our expectations on every visit. This dealership is great for PURCHASING a used vehicle. Absolutely the best. Will pull out all stops. This is where it ends. Any trouble going forward, you’re on your own. There is no support once you’re stuck in used car xxxx. I could write a novel about the problems I’ve had with the xxx I’ve purchased. I’m stuck paying for a vehicle that leaves me stranded whenever it gets cold out. The amount of money I’ve spent on cabs and tow trucks is staggering. Long story short, go somewhere else.
A bunch of lying con artists Purchased a Sentra that was still under warranty, Was using 1 liter/1000 KM's. Brought it in every month for 6 months so they could monitor the oil usage. at least an hour or more each time, plus travel. After the 6 months their mechanic stated I needed a new engine under warranty and they would book me in. Crickets for the next 2 months.
