If I could go lower I would! !! Once you buy terrible customer service and heaven forbid something goes wrong. They will not call you back or the people you spoke with the first time have conveniently quit and left no information so you need to do the process again. Warranty conveniently doesn’t cover flaking paint ALL OVER the car. Don’t pay extra for the paint protection.I had to take the photos myself as they lost the ones they took. BUYER BEWARE not a luxury car as advertised.
Just a bunch of numbers Purchased a new vehicle and nearly 100k kms worth of servicing here and have been amazed by the declining service level. Wondering if there has been a change of leadership. Looked to purchase a second car as well and had the poorest experience every. Unless you are a cash buyer you get no respect and they treat you like a number. Extremely terrible experience in new QX50 purchase Ken Wong (Sales Manager) has extremely poor service attitude and I cannot believe that he even admitted he did not bother to discuss with us in a potential deal because he has already achieved sales target in the quarter. He is super arrogant, impolite and totally NOT customer oriented at all! Total waste of time to have visited this dealer! Bad costumer service We actually sign something that we totally didn’t discuss so please be carful with them!!! & its way to expensive for us & they dont even want to cancel it & found something cheaper so we are take with it..... don’t go there!
