Great shopping experience I worked with Ken Wong in my car search. Ken was very helpful, patient, accommodating in my quest for information and knowledge in my car shopping journey. Although I did not purchase an Infiniti in the end, this was not a reflection on Ken, but rather that my wants in a vehicle led me to another manufacturer. Amazing staff at Infiniti Gallery The staff at Infiniti Gallery were all amazing to deal with and super friendly. Yuan helped us buy our first Inifiniti, and Natasha was super friendly and helpful with our service appointments. Even the shuttle driver was great to talk to. Our buying experience was great! I would definitely recommend Infiniti Gallery to all my friends and family.
5th Infiniti bought. First from Infiniti Gallery. I have been buying Infiniti vehicles for many years.(Obviously I like the product). I am extremely impressed with the effort that Craig, Wes, Kat and my salesman Yuan put into putting the deal together. I have never felt more relaxed over a car buying experience. Great experience! Bought a QX 60 from Yuan at the Infiniti Gallery and would not hesitate to go back. Really enjoyed the laid back approach and effort to ensure I was completely satisfied with the buying experience. Staff throughout the dealership were very knowledgeable and friendly. If it is possible to leave a zero that would be rated to high for this dealership. We purchased a QX 30 through them and have had nothing but problems with the dealership. The latest just shows the core values that they adhere to which seems to be non-existent. Because of all the issues (too many to write about) they told the wife and sent an email saying that they would cover oil changes on her vehicle, why put something in writing that there is a trial for and then renege on the agreement. I bought what I thought were new winters in 2021 from this dealership. Turns out they were manufactured in 2018. I had numerous issues with my 2022 QX55. Had it in to there numerous times and they co fix it. Finally took it to another Infinite dealership and they were able to fix it. Definitely stay away
DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI AT ROYAL OAK GARBAGE SERVICE GARBAGE VEHICLES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I bought my 2022 brand new off the showroom floor. Two months in my paint is flaking off. Went through 3 different service managers but they kept leaving and I would be assigned another. They would not cover the paint flaking off. Fast forward to my next service date. I used to take my car there for service. I had some understanding with the previous service manager Doug Smith about a repair at no cost (parts and labor) to me. He ordered the parts but when the parts came in, Doug was let go and another Service Manager Amanda took over. Then my previous arrangement with Doug went out the window.
