Good service Went in for an oil change which cost surprisingly less than other places and they checked my fluids and filters at the same time without charging me more money. I had a few things to replace such as a filter a belt and a fluid and the nice young lady at the counter gave me the estimate and clear explanation as to why those were needed. Definitely a big change has happened at the service depart. the customers are important now, will go back for sure if its always like this.

Brought in véhicule for a normal inspection. Advisor mentioned things they would do but did not advise of extra cost. We were charged over 100$ for an internal cleaning treatment which isn’t even recommended by Toyota on this maintenance. Car is new with only 16000km. Spoke with advisor with whom he could have smoothed things over but instead he said my wife signed for it but he never mentioned the extra cost to her. Send back my deposit. They Allowed me to book a car online and put down a deposit. I received no calls and when calling in was told you could not put a deposit on that particular car. The agent told me a sales member would call me shortly. 5 hours later I received no call and called back and was then told by the agent that I would receive my deposit back and that a sales member would back me right after that call. Very unsatisfactory service from this dealer. If you plan to do any service (oil change, tire change...) you will be left waiting hours and will always asked if you want more done. I wanted to pick up my winter tires from storage so I could have them installed at a local garage instead of this dealer since they charge a lot more and the wait times were too high, so I called, they said I need to make an appointment for this even if its just to pick up my winter tires from storage. Stay away from this dealership. I decided to buy out my lease recently, and Ile Perrot Toyota constantly tries to take advantage of their customers - hoping they don't double check the numbers. First the lease contract says that the dealership can charge up to $300 to transfer the ownership. Ile Perrot Toyota decided to charge me $400 + taxes. I had to get a credit for that. One word: dishonest.Stay away if you can. Or at least One word: dishonest. Stay away if you can. Or at least read carefully what they make you sign. They will put numbers you never agree on in the contract and make you sign in rush.

The valet driver was so rude. He made a wrong turn and yelled at me for not knowing where I was going or where I lived. No respect. Also, after taking the car for a air bag recall I received a repair quote close to $4000 for repairs that I fixed for $500.
