From the minute I arrived for my appointment, the service was excellent. I was greeted by a service person who went to work finalizing the details of the appointment. I gave her the keys and went to the waiting area and had a free coffee. The appointment was to install snow tires and it took a minimum of time. Fast and efficient. I was totally satisfied with the friendly service.
Very good staff and management. The only issue I found is that an oil change should not take 11/2-2 hours. I would consider this as unacceptable. Satisfied overall.
