Excellent service, the service advisor explains what needs to be done before going ahead with repairs. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean, and lots of areas to sit while you wait. Also the option to take the shuttle bus home or to work.
Always dealt with Hunt club because the staff are great. The diagnosis was was fast and accurate and resolved quickly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Everything is discussed and a plan implemented to resolve it. There is nothing vague or mysterious; just your options on what needs to be done.

Like the Dealership but don't like the surprise shop supplies/ oil disposal fees after the oil change and tire rotation are done. Would be nice to be told of these fees ahead of time. I had shown the $99.99 oil change coupon and 49.95 tire rotation coupons to the check in attendant; price changed to 54.99 for tire rotation and 10.95 extra ( which I wasn't told about ahead of time ) when I picked up the vehicle. A bit of miscommunication and a lack of transparency.
