Very pleasant experience, love my new Leaf Initially we went for a test drive with Lisa and fell in love with the car. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the car and couldn't do enough for us. We went out for a second test drive and joined the waiting list. We were expecting a 3-5 month wait, but there was a cancellation so we got our car in just over 3 weeks. We were very, very lucky. Mr Habbal and Service manger made it happen,.Great Job done. My 2010 Murano had a transfer case problem and needed brakes. Mr Habbal and the service Manager (Peter) made it happen at an affordable price with significant from many staff right down to the mechanic. They all went out of their way to get a used transfer case (with warranty) and implemented it in a excellent time frame. Car runs like new. Thanks everyone.
Excellent service, always tried to help me get the best deal We bothered Hassan for like two weeks and he was always happy to help us. Even in his day off! We browsed like a dozen different options. Our Financial Manager (Ali Adnan) was also very helpful and suggested the best options for us. We really like our Rogue!
Great customer service thanks to Lisa and Management Our 2018 Murano was delivered on time and Lisa was very professional. We had a technical issue with the ABS after 4 days. Service and the advisor failed to call me with an update, so I had to call to follow up. They did call me to let me know that the parts would take 1-4 weeks because Nissan Canada did not have any in stock.
