Except for the long wait on a weekend the staff was good to talk to. It was a 3 .5 hrs long wait with appointment.
Very helpful, all sorts of accommodations found during this lockdown. The provision of an airconditioned vehicle on this very hot day was a great idea.
In the past we have been happy with the service, however the recent service was not very good. There were multiple attempts with several people (Mathew in particular) who seemed not to be in contact with others concerning the service issues (eg. replacement key fob, free oil changes, failure to notify us that shuttle service was not available or that al. valet service was available). available).
I had some concerns about communication with the mechanics when I opted for the valet service due to CoVid. My concerns were needless. Both the liaison over the phone with Hunt Club staff ( Pete) and the driver ( Jeff) were seamless and all my questions were answered in a complete, prompt and polite fashion. Well done to Hunt Club for their adjustment during the pandemic.
I used valet for the first time for service. I was very impressed with the service including communication with me at home. I would like to use it again.
I have been a customer of Nissan for many years. I have always been satisfied with their service. The building is clean. The employees are always helpful. They take the time to explain the work included in the service.

I own a Nissan Murano Platinum and just had it in for service and they did a fantastic job. Thanks to Service Advisor - Mathew Crifero. The minute I pulled into the service bay and up to and including picking up my vehicle, the service was just perfect. Given Covid and the tough restrictions in place, I had no worries taking my vehicle to this Hunt Club Nissan.
Recently purchased a 2020 Qashqai that had been traded. Looked at many others but this was the nicest used one we could find, and the only dealer willing to negotiate. Car was clean and ready when we arrived. Staff was efficient and accomodating to our schedule, even answering questions outside of working hours.
