There is bad service, and then there is Hull Nissan bad service. On September 12, we brought our Nissan Pathfinder to Hull Nissan due to insufficient airflow from the vents. The service advisor told us we needed to replace a specific part and instructed us to source it ourselves so they could install it. Terrible service and car. My 2024 Nissan Rogue, which has less than 4,000 km, will not start. All they can say is that these things happen with new technology, they seem quite used to it. I was told to call their service to have it towed to the dealership where they will look at it. No courtesy cars available, I was told. They don't seem to care or really want to help find a solution that would be accommodating to me, their customer. Strangely enough, the issue resolved itself after I called.
They are very interested until they sell the car, but then they do not care if there is any problem. Even though I sent e-mails many times about the problem with the car I bought from them, they kept me busy for 1.5 months. They later stated that they would not solve the problem. I do not recommend it.
My past experience of service is too bad and costly charge as your covering their operations overhead. Not coming back anymore because of parts warranty claim and car problem details is hidden for them to charge more things to repair.

You would think that buying a used vehicle from a dealership shields you from some unpleasant surprises. Not so with this one. My wife purchased a 2010 Nissan Rogue in July 2020. One selling point was the 4 winter tires that were added, which according to the salesperson, had two more seasons of use. I later found out they were unfit to be on the road and could have caused a major accident. Sooner after the purchase, about 4 months later, I had to change the exhaust pipe ( about $ 2000). For a 700$ (steering lock module) they do not have a courtesy car and I had to go back because they placed steering wheel 20% off. Idiots.
