Excellent car buying experience! I've always found car shopping to be a stressful experience, however that was not the case at Hull Nissan. I bought a Rogue last week, and it was the probably one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Bassil, our salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful both before and after picking up the car. I could not have asked for better customer service! I would definitely recommend Bassil and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Bassil , Etienne and Roque were really helpful! I had a great experience at this dealer exchanging my car and finding a new car at a fair price with an quality service. The managers and Bassil were of great help and the service department quite flexible and knowledgeable.
Best customer service and price We bought a pathfinder at Hull Nissan few weeks ago. Bassil, the sales person, was thorough, professional, and very helpful in making this an easy and enjoyable purchase experience. Look no further, I think you will always find the best price at Hull (based on our experience). We are quite pleased with our purchase and certainly love our new car.
Terrible service. brought my Nissan in, once they "fixed it" died the next time I drove it. brought it in again and they gave me a ridiculous price just to do diagnostics. So got it towed to a different garage but Hull Nissan still charged me almost $500 for diagnostics. Was also told different things from the man on the phone and the man at the counter. Very crooked.
Stay away, absolutely horrible service, I’ve seen bad service but never to level of Hull Nissan, Shady people that won’t give a straight answer about all the extra charges, rude and unhelpful, and down right unprofessional.
