I took my car for a routine service they did good job and washed my car. It’s a very good service.
The service department was very helpful with my 2019 Tundra. I felt they were very fair priced and straight forward with all of the work needing done. First time in a long time I’ve felt good coming out of a dealership.
Customer service in Service Dept was excellent. However, seemed they said some things needed repaired when they were working just fine. $$$$$ Sales Department is another story. We had a horrible experience with that department. We walked away because they wouldn't accept a cash deal. They kept trying to force us to buy protection and maintenance packages in order to close the deal. Their first "requirement" was that we finance the vehicle. We refused because we are in a position to pay cash. Lost sale for them!

We desperately needed a vehicle after our previous car was written off. We were running out of time and places to find what we wanted. No issues. Convenient pick up and delivery. Nice people to talk to. Glad we went out town (Calgary) to High River to purchase.
