Great purchase experience I received a phone call from Krystal the Customer Service Manager five days after I took delivery of my new vehicle. I have purchased several new vehicles of different makes in my lifetime and this is the first dealership that has ever contacted me after the sale to ask if everything was going ok and if I had any questions or concerns. High River Toyota Biggest Fan High River Toyota is by far the best dealership ever! I always have a fantastic experience when I take my car in for service! My Service Advisor, Lorne is AWESOME! Friendly, expedient and reliable. My RAV4 was serviced on April 15, 2019 From the time I entered the show room / service area I received a friendly greeting from Lorne and quickly the service needs of my car were reviewed. i left the building while my car was serviced, and in a very reasonable time the service to my car was completed, Darcy was thorough in reviewing the work done on my car.
