Better then good I went to grande prairie Nissan as a first timer in the service department. We were traveling through and needed an oil change. We were met by a wonderful young lady who welcomed us in, showed us to the little sitting lounge and let Us know there was coffee and tea or what ever else we wanted. They did our Oil change in less then 30 minutes. Not even our local dealership treats us with the professialism we relieved at this dealership. I would recommend to anyone.

Easy Peasy ;) I was very happy with my experience, especially since Jason and James both were willing and able to honor mine and my husbands GP Auto Group loyalty by throwing in some extras I had requested. They made us feel like our past purchases counted and that we mattered. I will continue to be loyal to the GP Auto Group through out the years. Thanks Again Guys! You made this buying experience easy and fun!

Relaxed and Reassured I was just popping in to Nissan to speculate on what my next step in size from my Juke would be. Ryan was so helpful and relaxed that when I had decided I wanted the Rogue, I also chose to get it through him. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I'm glad I have Ryan at my back. STUPENDOUS I appreciate my trips to the dealership in Grande Prairie. I always get the best service from all staff. But one really stands out the most for me! That is Sheena Horseman. Her character of friendliness and politeness always makes me smile. Not only that! She is an awesome hostess when she can be. Making popcorn for me when I ask for popcorn. All I know is I will be purchasing my next car, truck or suv from her.

Excellent Service I recently purchased a new 2014 Nissan Altima. Ryan was extraordinarily helpful through the entire process, and all of my inquiries were treated with an attentiveness that I never seen at other dealerships in Grande Prairie. He kept in contact through the entire process and was very accommodating to me. I would recommend this dealership, and this sales rep, to any of my friends who are looking to buy a vehicle.

Great Car Buying Experience! We just bought a 2014 Pathfinder from Grande Prairie Nissan with the awesome help of Sheena Horseman. She was a great help in getting us exactly what we wanted and was really fun to work with. It was a very positive experience and we are really happy with our new car!

excellent service Me and my wife just got our new 2014 nissan murano. Sheena was so accommodating, and very attentive to her clients, shet knows everything what you need to know about thier products ..she's very friendly even in our first met, we got what we wanted. :) great job...i recommend her service to anyone..she will not disappoint you. :) (happy client)
