Fast, great service I had a leak in my tire and needed it fixed right away because I use my vehicle for work. The service gals were so good, fast and willing to help in a pinch. I really appreciate the help and so did my clients because I was able to get back to work promptly! Thanks guys
Best vehicle purchase I have ever had!!! I went in to have a look after my Nissan Rouge was stolen. Never expected the service and experience I received. Everyone from James Clarke who sold me my new Rouge (who was absolutely amazing from start to finish) and continues to be awesome even after the deal!! to the Manager James and the finance guy Derrick. Great Service Grande Prairie Nissan was a great experience for buying a new vehicle. They worked with our needs and made sure we left happy with the price and look of our new Maxima. The dealership itself was very friendly and they had a fun place for our kids to play while we signed papers. They also provided great complimentary beverages for the whole family during our visit. Great Service! I browsed Nissan's car inventory prior to going to the dealership and found a gem of a car online. At the dealership, I was immediately approached by Kayla who saw us walk in. As we got the ball rolling on finding out more about the car, we soon realized that by unfortunate circumstance the car had been purchased the day before and the website did not reflect this. Superb We have recently become a Nissan family after moving to Alberta. Almost a year ago we purchased a new Pathfinder with GP Nissan and met Shelby as our salesman. The excellent service didnt end with the sale. Thank you ever so much Sheena Horseman and Jeremy Budde. Even after getting me the best deal I could at the time for the exact vehicle I was looking for, you follow up a year later to get me a better rate on my current vehicle. This takes going over and above to a new level. This is incredible service I've seldom seen. An additional thanks to the service department who had me back in the driver seat with impressive efficiency in time and cost of the small hiccup with my pickup.
Quick turn around Service has been quick, able to get in and out in an hour or less, and then get on with my day. I have been in twice recently, once for a tire repair and now first oil change, and it has been great. Kyla helped both times and is very friendly and professional. Glad that I went with Nissan.
