Friendly After 2 years of ownership with our 2014 Xterra and only our 2nd visit to the dealer (a great vehicle rarely has trouble) and the service was exceptional once again! Our service advisor (Michelle) was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you GP Nissan!
Fast and great work As soon as I chose the car I want, all the work for that was done fast and fun. They work really hard for you and friendly. I didn't know I was gonna get a new car on that day, was just going to see how it would be, then found the one I like and I am really enjoying my new wheels now. Thanks for your work. Love it :)
Get Great Service Every Time! I find when I go to the service bay, in a good mood or not, Kyla and Elaine are always in a great mood and do their very best to see I get the best customer service, above and beyond. I always leave with a smile. I love the no appointment needed, that being said even busy days they fit you in and make sure everything they can do is resolved or looked in too.

Excellent Service I needed to get my work vehicle serviced ASAP, Kyla and Elaine took care of the issue right away. I dealt with many dealers before but I can easily say that Grande Prairie Nissan is the best one. They are lucky to have Elaine and Kyla in the team, they are really friendly and helpful.

Great service Kyla was so helpful and accommodating. I had to drive two hours to get to gp and ended up running late. Kyla assured me that they would get me in regardless of what time I managed to get there. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Bill was very helpful when quoting prices for winter tires, also very courteous and friendly.
