Thanks Gateway Hector, Cat and the rest of the staff at Gateway Toyota were excellent to deal with and made the whole purchasing process enjoyable. I never felt pressured at any point and was treated like a friend not a customer. I will absolutely go back and deal with Hector for my next purchase.
New Vehicle Purchase We purchased a new vehicle and were extremely happy with our salesperson Jimmy Q. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal for our money and the vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. We were very happy with the service and information provided by the Gateway team and the quality and timeliness of the added features purchased, In our opinion the customer should be advised of what is called a "Finance Charge" after the agreed purchase price was reached as this was a cash deal.

Excellent service Fallon was a very great sales person because she gave us a great deal on our brand new RAV4. She also gave us an excellent presentation of the vehicle. We highly recommend Fallon to other people because she has a very positive attitude and really great at giving deals.

Not Happy I was in a rush to buy a car because i had to start my job in few days. They said that car had no accident history. Just within three weeks of buying the car i had to take the car twice already to get it fixed. When i took the car for fixing the problem the guy in the maintenance department showed me a dent on the the door which was not noticeable, you had to see very closely.
