Good personality The sales person has a very good personality, very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful the way a good sales person should be and gives you a call the next day for assurance.
Great experience I had a great experience with the sale of my vehicle and the purchase of a new one. They went above and beyond for me. Very knowledgeable and gave me everything I wanted. Would definitely use this dealership again and Rohan Sarju was very helpful.
Toyota RAV4 platinum Edwin fecundo was a great salesman and really helped me to find my first car. And he explained very well what’s the different between other cars.
Service upsell- At my last service I wondered why the service tech was so interested in telling me I really needed a brake flush, but really gave it no great consideration, and had the work completed. After the recent CBC 'Marketplace' program I now know why. To say the least I am a little bit disappointed in this dealership.. This would not have happened at my last dealership in Kamloops, BC. Whether I will now go to Gateway for future services is up for serious consideration. Future 10 ratings are seriously in doubt.
New Camry 2018 Purchase When I needed to purchase a new vehicle, the staff at Gateway Toyota (both in the front and back office) did everything they could to make it the best experience I could have. I tried several different models, without sales pressure, but settled on an amazing 2018 Camry XSE V6.
Purchase experience Jimmy and Kamari were very helpful. The other staff memebers were also friendly and helpful. They explained what we needed to know to make informed decisions
