excellent service I walked into the dealership expecting to get the same sales pitch, but I was totally shocked when Brian Barrett sold me the car I wanted effortless and with no problems, he's a true Nissan salesman that understands the customers needs, next time I'm purchasing a car I will definitely look for him and the Nissan family!!!!!

After buying a Nissan brand new we have had nothing but problems with warranty work having to be redone 4-5x because the techs werent installing the replacement part correctly then notice that after just over 3 years of purchase that the car is starting to rust in many spots. When brought to attention of the dealership Rob agreed that this isn't right and should be corrected as well as the rep who take my call agreed but yet it was denied by Nissan Canada to have fixed as it was no longer under the 3 yr comprehensive warrant... read more

After having my brand new Nissan regularly serviced by Birchwood Nissan in Brandon there has been many problems. Mainly with the audio head unit electronically. They have had to replace it twice previously and it is still having problems. They blame the problem.on possibly the connectors or power For memory to the radio unit. Promises not fulfilled We live approximately three hours from Brandon and made a deal on a 2015 used Nissan Pathfinder site unseen based on the pictures on the dealers website and assurances from sales staff that the vehicle was in pristine shape. After making the long drive we conducted a visual inspection of the Pathfinder and took it out for a test drive. The Pathfinder was definitely was not in the pristine condition we were promised. Don't Tell I was shocked by the extra $200+ on my recent vehicle service. For what? Cleaning tracks on my sunroof and putting in two filters. Did I approve the work? Yes, I did. Did they tell me the cost before doing it? No, they did not. I actually thought the quick wipe down of the sunroof tracks would be done at little to no cost.
