Great services offered. Good day, just purchased a 2018 QASHQAI (during a snow storm, of course) I did a lot of research, and when I was ready to buy, I felt like I had made the best choice. Super staff and great service!
Highly recommended I have just leased a 2018 Rogue. Salesperson was phenomenal. I was also very impressed by the attention, interest and support shown by the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. What impressed me more, as was not expected, was the helpfulness and care shown by the other salespeople. They acted like I was their customer even though I was not. I was made to feel like I was important to the entire staff. Thank you to Daniel, Brady, Cory, Cierra, Renee and the entire Birchwood crew.
Timely service and engaging staff The service staff are very helpful and listens with empathy! The tire change was quick, service cost was discussed before hand and the Service Manager was very helpful and explained the delay on the tire delivery.
Service Great people to deal with, they are organized, professional, everything was on time, they take time to explain everything to you, they really care about their customers needs and concerns!
Thorough and went over the whole truck. Talked to Renee first on Chat on Sat. Night and was invited to come to the dealership on the Monday. Showed us what we wanted and convinced us to buy a Nissan instead of Ford which we is all we have ever had!

Open Saturday Fast friendly personal, open on a Saturday to diagnose my issue, repaired in great time. Even though I did not choose this dealer to purchase my Nissan they were still quite helpful, excellent place to be!
Pleasant staff, flexible service As usual booked in for service, pleasant employees both floor staff and management. Previous to this service session, had vehicle in for service....vehicle came out with spotless wash job...somewhat beyond expectations!
