I recently took my Nissan Kicks to Fish Creek Nissan for an oil change, and I had a fantastic experience. The service team was professional, efficient, and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and completed the job in a timely manner. The waiting area was comfortable, and the overall process was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate their great customer service and will definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend.
They always tried to accommodate time for my services appointments. If I need a ride back home they provide shuttle.

Service is good but I received too many calls associated with service. I was called probably 6 times during the day of the service.
Great dealership. The service department fit me in to test my battery, after needing a boost. They determined a new battery was required. Fortunately they had it in stock and installed it in a timely manner. Thanks to all the staff especially Vitaly Rudikov.
The service was fast and at a reasonable price. My customer service representative was friendly and professional, very pleasant to deal with.
The whole process of getting an oil change was fast and easy, and the customer service was excellent.
