Took my car for a service. Shuttle driver was sick, so they got me an uber home and back after my car was done. Didn’t find any issues so did not even charge me for the full minimum rate. Will definitely be back.
The people are nice, but the system to book appts is not user friendly AT ALL… even when talking to them in person. There is a definite push to UPSELL. I went in for a recall… it was free… obviously… but then something showed up from the ‘free’ inspection. I was given a quote (there is a sign behind the desks saying labour is $169 an hour… THEN parts!!!) of $172. I okayed that cost. $205 was the final bill??? Steve was an excellent worker and so helpful and so kind. He helped me so much on my first car! He was very considerate and would make sure my car was ready to go!! He was a great worker and if ever you go there I would tottaly recommend steve! Thank you steve!
