Great salesman, Used manager good We have dealt with Andy Miller for three purchases over the last year and have had great experiences with him every time. The only complaint I have (if you want to call it that) is the used manager is not very customer friendly when it comes to dealing with repeat customers. The car I was hoping for!!! I was looking for a car for almost 2 month, and was on my way to sign a deal with Subaru. However the salesperson at Subaru put to much pressure on me. Excellent new car experience I had been shopping for a new vehicle for a couple of months. I didn't know quite what I wanted and had been to other dealerships, who had not yet showed me what I wanted. But Sebastien knew exactly the vehicle for me and he showed me exactly what I had been looking for. The headache of buying a new vehicle was gone and I love, love, love my new Nissan.

Excellent Teacher When I came to pick up my new car, 2015 Rogue, Youssef was there to go over every square inch of my car with me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful, he even took a call on his cell phone after hours to help solve a problem I was having with my sunroof. He was ready to go over and above to help. Great Customer service Philippe was the salesman that helped us when we first visited the dealership, he was very helpful and was able to asnwer all of our questions. We were interested in the Nissan Rogue so he quickly set everything up for us to test drive it. After the test drive he sat down with us to discuss numbers and again he was able to find a good deal for us. We haven't decided just yet what we would like but if we had to base our desition on customer service I would definitely go with this Nissan dealership.

Great experience and excellent service! I was looking to buy me a Nissan Juke, and I struggled with making a decision because it would be my first car purchase. My hunt lasted for over a month before I purchased a used Nissan Juke at Fish Creek. Phillipe was exremly patient and helped me work out my options.
