Knowledgeable and Friendly! I was very happy with the experience Youssef provided. He knew everything there was to know about the Juke that I was purchasing, as well as the car that I was trading in.. He was always cheerful, genuine, helpful and understanding. Best Salesman Yet We did not really intend upon duying a Nissan, but (a) the Altima ended up being a better product for us and (b) our salesman - Phil Pichon - was outstanding knowing his product line. He was also the only salesman we dealt with (after a long and exhaustive search incuding several Toyota and Honda dealerships) who also really knew his competition through and through.
