My wife and I were extremely pleased with our interaction with Siddiq. He was very professional, friendly, kind, and had a lot of knowledge and provided us with lots of information which made the process of trading in our Mercedes and choosing our new Lexus IS much easier. Siddiq kept us informed on the timing of the arrival of the new car (it arrived on the promised time frame) and on the pick up day, his assistant was very helpful in explaining, in detail, all the car's functions.
